Put the powder and clinker according to the glass composition into a crucible kiln or a pool kiln for melting. After melting, it is clarified into a uniform glass liquid without bubbles, stones and streaks, and then cooled to the viscosity range required by the corresponding molding method. , for various molding operations.

  1. Blow molding

There are two ways of manual and mechanical blow molding. When artificially forming, the hand-held blowing pipe picks the material from the crucible or the reclaiming port of the pool kiln, and blows it into the shape of the device in the iron mold or the wooden mold. Rotary blowing method is used for smooth round products; static blowing method is used for products with convex and concave patterns on the surface or non-circular shapes. First pick the colorless material and blow it into small bubbles, and then use the small bubbles to pick the color material or the opaque material and blow it into the shape of the device, which is called nest blowing. Dip the colored fusible material particles on the opaque casing, and the natural melting flow of various colors can be blown into natural scenery utensils; the ribbon-shaped opalescent material can be blown into wire drawing utensils when the color material is dipped. Mechanical forming is used to blow high-volume products. After the blowing machine receives the material, the iron mold is automatically blown into the shape of the vessel, and the cap is removed after demoulding to form the vessel. Press-blow molding can also be used, first punch the material into small bubbles (prototype), and then continue to blow into the shape of the device. It has higher efficiency and better quality than simply blowing with a blowing machine

  1. Folding and pressing

When artificially forming, manually pick the material and cut it into the iron mold, drive the punch, press it into a shape, and then release the mold after solidification. Automatic production of mechanical forming, large batch and high efficiency. Compression molding is suitable for small and large-bottomed products that can exit the punch, such as cups, plates, ashtrays, etc.

  1. Folding centrifugal forming

The material is received in the rotating mold, and the centrifugal force generated by the rotation makes the glass unfold and stick to the mold, and then take out after it is fixed. It is suitable for forming large glassware with uniform wall.
